Greenwich Village

Two events kick off this year's 'Spring Tour' and should be in your diary for February!

5th FEBRUARY, 2016 AT 10PM

DAGLEISH DOES DYLAN, DAVE VAN RONK & DAGLEISH

Performed by John Dagleish

An exciting chance to see John Dagleish perform a solo acoustic gig in Room One's Greenwich Village Café Above the Arts, singing and playing the songs of some of the artists that have inspired him most: Bob Dylan and Dave Van Ronk (nicknamed ' The Mayor of MacDougall Street' and the inspiration for the Coen Brothers' 'Inside Llewyn Davis').  John will also perform some of his own compositions.  These artists evoke the spirit of the music and performance scene of 1960s New York's Greenwich Village.

John Dagleish originated the role of Ray Davies in SUNNY AFTERNOON for which he won an Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Musical.

13th FEBRUARY, 2016 AT 10PM

'BLOOD HARMONIES'

Performed by Steve Dagleish and John Dagleish

Singer/songwriter Steve Dagleish is joined on stage by his son John for the first time in many years, performing his own compositions along with some well chosen Greenwich Village classic covers (Bob Dylan and Dave Van Ronk) along with a few surprises.  There's nothing so spine tingling as the sound of true 'Blood Harmonies'.  Don't miss this magical night of father and son music making.
